The service and food here is great! Quick and delicious! I got the beef shawarma wrap and it was only $7 and very filling. I got it spicy and it was the perfect amount of spicy. The beef in the shawarma was a bit salty though but very flavorful. The ambiance is like street food mixed with diner, it's very homey! I highly recommend this place for a quick, filling, and delicious lunch!

Best Lebanese food in Chicago by far. Prices are absurdly low could charge double. The quality, warm services and food comes out faster than Jimmy Johns.

It's just an amazing little place with fantastic food! Cash only accepted but I knew that before going. Very clean, friendly and always patient because I have the worse time making decisions. Tried the lamb wrap and fries. Have gone back twice since

Everything about this place is great. I finally made my way over to this place for a lunch break with a friend, and we got two different wraps. I personally liked my shawarma one more than his, but they were both great. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff was friendly! Would highly recommend!

An inconspicuous hole in the wall, Taste of Lebanon offers great middle eastern foods at practically free prices, for Chicago. It is cash only, but service was fast, and food is fresh and hot. Worth the detour if visiting Chicago's far north side.

Cash only! Service: friendly, unassuming, and clean! Food: delicious! I had the vegetarian combo and everything was excellent, especially the hummus and baba ganoush. I also had the lentil soup, which was very tasty; I found it to be well seasoned and the perfect texture. My food companion had the chicken shawarma, and the bite I nabbed was also delicious. 10/10 will visit again!

Wow, just wow. Taste of Lebanon is a reliable, delicious, and friendly lebanese restaurant located in Andersonville, tentatively holding out against the proliferation of inauthenticity in the area. There's nothing you won't like on the menu, and while prices have been raised, they're still leagues below the competition. My go-to order is the #2 vegetarian combo with lentil soup or a lamb kofta wrap, their falafel is always hot and fresh. Their service is efficient but friendly and accomodating, and eating a meal in their storefront on the side of Foster makes you feel at home.
